Having worked in the exciting field of human sexuality for over a decade, I am fascinated by the ways that sexual energy can be expressed or suppressed by our wonderful bodies, and how this influences the rest of our lives.
My approach to therapy is heart-centred and holistic. I am particularly passionate about drawing on my personal experiences of healing to connect with my clients through true understanding and deep compassion.
What is Somatic Sexology?
Somatic means "relating to the body."
Sexology is the study of human sexuality.
Somatic Sexology combines the most up-to-date research on psychology, trauma, and neuroscience with somatic experiencing techniques, such as breathwork.
This holistic approach works with the mind and body to support you in developing a deeper sense of presence in your relationships and sexual expression.
