Hello and Welcome
I'm Bonnie Bentley: Somatic Sexologist in Perth, Western Australia.
I believe our bodies are extremely intelligent, and we can create meaningful change in our lives by working with the mind and body together, as one connected system.
With degrees in Psychology and Sexology, as well as advanced training in Breathwork, my approach is truly holistic and trauma-informed. My areas of passion and expertise include: supporting women to reconnect with safety and pleasure after experiencing intimate partner violence and/or sexual abuse; working with current and former sex workers; and working with children and adolescents exhibiting harmful sexual behaviours.
I am currently accepting new clients for one-on-one sessions. Please visit my contact page to make an enquiry.

What is Somatic Sexology?
Somatic means "relating to the body."
Sexology is the study of human sexuality.
Somatic Sexology combines the most up-to-date research on psychology with somatic experiencing techniques, such as breathwork.
This holistic approach works with the mind and body to support you to develop a deeper sense of peace and presence in your body and relationships.

How Can Somatic Sexology Help?
Somatic Sexology involves exploring the connections between thoughts, emotional awareness, physical sensations, and sexuality.
This gentle approach aims to support you to:
-
Experience presence and pleasure in your body
-
Express yourself as a sensual being
-
Communicate your sexual needs and desires
-
Release feelings of shame, guilt, and fear around sexuality
-
Improve your relationship with yourself and with others
